Step 1: Assess
Understanding what surface we are up against is crucial in deciding how much pressure, the selection and intensity of solutions, and what techniques are to be used.
For Example: a wooden deck, a concrete driveway, and a sandstone feature are three very different surfaces, each requiring a completely unique approach to achieve the best results.
Step 2: Pre-Treat
Before any pressure washing occurs, a pretreating process is used to loosen up all organic growth and other build up from the surface. Most commonly a specific mix of sodium hyperchloride and surfactant is used depending on the surface in contact.

Step 3: Pressure Wash
Once the pretreatment has done its job, using our commercial-grade equipment we carefully adjust the pressure settings and nozzles to suit the specific surface being cleaned. This ensures we achieve a deep clean without causing any damage.
Our precise techniques make quick work of stubborn grime, mold, algae, and stains, leaving your surfaces looking like new. Whether it’s a concrete driveway, a wooden deck, sandstone or other, we treat each surface with the care it deserves to deliver flawless results every time.

Step 4:
Post-Wash
Finally, a second treatment is applied to ensure that any remaining bacterial growth does not reappear.
This step is often missed, but at Bluewater, is a crucial part in ensuring our clients long term satisfaction.
