Step 2: Gutter Clean
Before the roof clean can commence, its vital that all gutters are cleaned out and all downpipes are cleared out and flowing properly.
Any pipes leading to rainwater tanks are also disconnected in this step to ensure no unwanted solutions run into them.
Step 3: Roof Treating
Step 1: Assess
Each roof requires slightly different methods of cleaning! knowing which type of tile or material is being used will allow us to tailor our approach to ensure the best outcome is achieved..

2
This crucial step utilises a roof washing solution to break down any mould down algae and growth on the roof. Some roof materials that are brittle or fragile can not handle any pressure, so this process is repeated multiple times until a satisfactory result is achieved.
Plants and Wildlife
Any surrounding plants are also carefully protected and rinsed before and after the process to ensure they remain unharmed throughout the cleaning process.

Step 4: Pressure Wash
Once the pretreatment has been completed and given sufficient time to dwell, a pressure wash may then be carried. As described before this heaving depends on the roof type.
On roofs where pressure is necessary, pressure levels will be lowered significantly to ensure that no damage is done.
